Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped
2 medium bell peppers, chunked
3/4 c. diced carrots
1 can Campbell's Italian tomato soup
1 pt. fresh mushrooms, sliced
juice of one lemon
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can chicken stock
cooked spaghetti
Preparation

Brown chicken in large pot.
Add peppers, carrots, soup, tomatoes, lemon juice and chicken stock.
Cook slowly until carrots are done and sauce is thick.
Add mushrooms and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve over spaghetti.
Makes enough for a family of 8.
