Sausage Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust
3/4 lb. ground sausage
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. Provolone cheese, grated (can mix with Mozzarella)
Preparation

Fry sausage; drain.
Put into pie pan.
Mix together eggs and cheese; pour over sausage.
Mix lightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
