Barbecued Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (5 lb.) brisket
Preparation

Mix ingredients in a bowl and then spread on the brisket and wrap the brisket in heavy foil.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cook at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
Open foil and pour off grease and cover with 1 cup of barbecue sauce.
Cook open for 1 more hour.
Heat any extra barbecue sauce.
