Fresh Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. grated pears, drained
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
coconut and finely chopped pecans, if desired

Preparation

Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or longer.
