Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    cooking oil
Preparation
    In skillet, in 1 tablespoon hot oil, cook chicken for 10 minutes, or until browned.
    Remove and pour off fat.
    In skillet, combine soup, milk and pepper.
    Heat to boiling.
    Return chicken to skillet.
    Cover; cook over low heat until chicken is no longer pink.
    Stir often.
    Serve with rice; garnish with parsley, if desired.
    Serves 4.
