Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes (cooked, peeled and mashed), margarine, eggs (beaten), sugar, milk, salt and vanilla.
Add topping for casserole, place in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
