Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower buds and stems, sliced
1 small sweet onion, diced
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Layer first four ingredients in large bowl.
Sprinkle sugar over layers.
Then add Parmesan cheese.
Seal top with mayonnaise. Cover and let set overnight.
Drain off excess water before tossing.
Serves 10 to 12.
