Robbie'S Chicken Chasseur - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. onion
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. white wine or apple juice
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 c. canned tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Roll
    breast in flour; brown quickly in small amount of hot oil
    in
    nonstick
    pan.
    Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until tender, 45 to 60 minutes.
    Low in fat, cholesterol and calories and moderate in sodium.
