Puff Pancake With Summer Berries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    Summer Berries (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease a 10 inch ovenproof skillet. With electric mixer beat eggs.
    Add flour, milk, sugar, and salt; heat until smooth.
    Pour batter into prepared skillet.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Continue baking 10 - 15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
