Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. roasted salted peanuts
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cut a potato into 8 wedges.
    Brush the wedges lightly with olive oil.
    Place the wedges in a microwave-safe pie plate.
    Cook on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender, turning once. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and paprika or chili powder.
