Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. milk
    4 large eggs
Preparation
    Cook sausage.
    Drain and crumble.
    You can do this the night before or days ahead of time and freeze.
    Place flattened crescent rolls in 13-inch Pyrex dish buttered side down.
    Spread sausage over crescent rolls.
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Put half of cheese in egg and milk mixture and pour over rolls and sausage. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. Check when the rolls start peeking through the egg, sausage and cheese mixture and browning.
    You're done.
    Serves 8.
