Cottage Cheese Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    6 oz. (3/4 c.) cottage cheese
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    10 oz. chopped broccoli, thawed
Preparation
    Beat eggs with a fork; add each ingredient and beat with a fork.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
