Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 potatoes, peeled and diced (about 5 c. or more)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. salt
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
Preparation

Cook potatoes in large pot with 3 cups water, covered. Cook until tender. Drain. Add milk, soups and thinly sliced cream cheese. Let cook until melted. Add butter, salt and pepper until heated well. Place in individual bowls. Top with bacon bits, Cheddar cheese and green onions.
