Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 c. small peas, drained
1 small jar pimentos
1 can water chestnuts, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 stack Ritz crackers
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Melt 1/2 stick margarine.
Saute celery, bell pepper and onion. Add peas, pimentos, water chestnuts, soup, salt and pepper.
Place in casserole and cover with cracker crumbs and margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12.
