Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
4 tsp. salad oil
1/2 c. milk
1 c. crushed pineapple (with juice)
Preparation

Stir together until dry ingredients are moistened.
Do not beat.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
