After Brunch Cheese N' Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 c. sour cream
    toasted coconut
    jam or jelly (optional)
Preparation
    Using greased and floured 10-inch tube pan, bake at package temperature 45 to 55 minutes.
    Cool; remove from pan.
    Slice in 3 layers.
    Mix cream cheese with sugar and vanilla; add Cool Whip and sour cream.
    Beat until smooth; spread on first layer.
    Spoon jam on top; add second layer and third layer, repeating as for first.
    Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
