Mom'S Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 c. milk less 2 Tbsp.
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients.
Fill greased Pyrex cups or muffin tins 3/4 full.
Bake at 450\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
Turn oven down to 350\u00b0 and bake another 40 minutes, until golden brown.
Do not open oven door during baking or they will fall.
Coat immediately with butter.
Makes about 9 popovers.
