Stuffed Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. onion, minced
1/2 c. bell pepper, minced
1/2 c. celery, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. green onion tops, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. water
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. crabmeat, thawed
Preparation

Microwave butter in a 2-quart dish for 1 minute on High. Saute onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic on High for 5 minutes. Stir once or twice.
Add onion tops, parsley and lemon juice. Saute on High for 3 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, water, bread crumbs and crabmeat.
