Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg, beaten with fork
    1 c. sour milk *
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. raw rhubarb, washed and diced
Preparation
    *To make use 1 tablespoon vinegar and enough milk to equal 1 cup.
