Pretty Christmas Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries
6 oz. cherry jello
4 medium, seedless oranges (2 with peel and 2 without)
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 3/4 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. Knox gelatine (2 pkg.)
2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Grind
cranberries and oranges together.
Add sugar and let stand
while preparing gelatin mixture.
Mix gelatin with orange juice
and
set
aside.
Dissolve
cherry jello in hot water
and add orange juice/gelatin mixture.
Add lemon juice and
stir well.
Pour
over
cranberry/orange
mixture.
Mix thoroughly; add nuts and mix again.
Pour into oiled mold and chill until firm.
Make at least one day ahead.
