Ingredients

3 c. chicken broth
2 (3 oz. each) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/3 c. whipped topping
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 c. diced chicken
2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
Preparation

Bring 2 cups broth to boil.
Dissolve gelatin and salt in broth.
Add cold broth, cayenne and vinegar.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Mix whipped topping, mayonnaise, chicken, celery and pimento.
Chill.
