Marinated Eye Of Round - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) boneless beef eye of round roast
    seasoned salt
    lemon-pepper seasoning
    meat tenderizer
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Italian dressing
    1/4 c. bourbon or whiskey
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Pierce roast.
    Season lightly with first 3 ingredients.
    Place in a large, plastic bag; set in deep bowl.
    Mix all liquid ingredients.
    Pour over roast in bag.
    Marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning occasionally.
