Apple Crisp(Serves 16) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced apples (Pippin, Jonathan, Winesap)
1 tsp. cinnamon sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 jiggers Grand Marnier
2 jiggers Amaretto
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
Preparation

Arrange apple slices in greased 4-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle rinds and liqueurs on top of apples.
In separate bowl, mix sugars, flours, salt and butter with pastry blender until crumbly.
Spread over apples.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve with cream, whipped cream or ice cream.
