Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. chopped raw apples, peeled
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream eggs and sugar.
Then add oil and cream thoroughly. Add apples and
nuts.
Add
dry
ingredients,
then
add vanilla. Bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
