Chicken And Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, cooked and chilled
    1 bunch spinach, washed and chilled
    1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
    1 orange, peeled and sliced
    1 red apple, cored and sliced
    lemon juice
    Curry Dressing
Preparation
    Shred chicken in strips about 2 inches long.
    Arrange on spinach leaves on individual plates, alternating with apple, orange and onion rings.
    Sprinkle apple slices with lemon juice to prevent darkening.
