Very Creamy Potato-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 large clove garlic
    2 large potatoes
    1 large carrot
    3 c. stock or water
    1 tsp. dill
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter.
    Add chopped potatoes and carrot; saute for 10 minutes.
    Add stock (water) and dill; simmer until vegetables are cooked.
