Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix the apples, sugar, oil and eggs together.
Mix the flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and pecans; add to the apple mixture.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam (no need to flour it).
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
