Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lasagne noodles (6 to 9)
2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. rosemary
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 pt. cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix cottage cheese and eggs together; set aside.
Put oil in skillet.
Add garlic and onion.
Cook until clear.
Add beef; cook until brown and drain.
Add salt, pepper, parsley and rosemary. Add tomato paste and water and simmer until done.
At same time boil noodles until done.
