Buttermilk Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Let buttermilk come to room temperature.
    Then dissolve yeast in it.
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Sift dry ingredients together and blend smoothly.
    Mix liquid into flour mixture and knead lightly.
    Roll out dough on lightly floured board.
    Shape like Parker House roll or any shape desired.
    Place on greased baking sheet.
    Set in warm place to rise until light for 1 1/2 hours or more if needed.
    Bake in hot 425\u00b0 oven until well browned and done, approximately 20 minutes.
    Yields about 36 rolls.
