Mandarin Orange Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla tapioca
    3 c. water
    2 cans Mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bring water, Jell-O and tapioca to a boil.
    Boil for one minute.
    Cool.
    Fold in Cool Whip and mandarin oranges.
    Let set in fridge.
    Top with additional Cool Whip and chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
