Crisp Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head shredded cabbage
    1 chopped sweet onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 c. sugar or to taste
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cook last 6 ingredients until dissolved. Pour while hot over cabbage. Cool. Will keep well in tightly closed container in refrigerator for several days.
