Cheddar Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced celery
2 Tbsp. chopped celery leaves
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. boiling water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded cheese
1 or 2 c. either seafood, ham or cooked bacon
Preparation

Simmer vegetables in water and bouillon cubes for 10 minutes. Do not drain.
Make a white sauce with the flour, milk, salt and pepper.
Add to vegetables.
Then add cheese and stir until melted.
Stir in the desired meat.
