Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. macaroni
    4 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. oil
    1 c. vinegar
    4 tsp. mustard powder
    2 large grated onions
    6 large grated carrots
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Boil macaroni; mix all ingredients.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
