Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. maple syrup (Log Cabin)
    1/2 c. cream
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, syrup and cream.
    Bring to a boil.
    Let boil to the soft ball stage.
    Let cool some.
    Then beat and add pecans.
    Beat until it begins to lose its gloss.
    Pour into individual pralines on waxed paper.
    Let cool and then eat.
