Blushing Apple Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. red cinnamon candies
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. plain flour
2 Tbsp. vinegar
4 1/2 c. apples, thinly sliced
9-inch pie crust (top and bottom)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Mix well. Add apples and stir to mix.
Pour into pie crust.
Roll out dough to fit top.
Cut slits.
Seal and flute edges.
Bake 50 minutes until golden and apples are tender.
