Upside-Down Ham Loaf(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    5 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 slices pineapple, cut in halves
    1 lb. lean smoked ham (ground)
    8 oz. lean fresh pork (ground)
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
    Add brown sugar.
    Cook until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly.
    Arrange pineapple in pan.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Combine ham, pork, bread crumbs, pepper, eggs and milk in bowl; mix well.
    Spread over pineapple; press down.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Invert onto serving plate.
    Serve with whipped cream, flavored with horseradish to taste.
