Chinese Beef And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
    8 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. pimentos
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. each basil, rosemary, marjoram and ginger
    instant rice
Preparation
    Cook beef until tender, put beef and all vegetables in skillet with oil.
    Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
    Add remaining ingredients except rice.
    Cook until thickened.
    Cook rice as directed. Pour meat mixture over rice.
