Hummus (Syrian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chickpeas
    2 cloves garlic
    3 to 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Drain water from chickpeas.
    Place peas in bowl.
    Add garlic (minced) to peas.
    Add lemon juice, salt and sesame seed.
    Last, add cumin.
    Place mixture in mixer bowl.
    Mix for 5 minutes, until well blended.
    There's your hummus.
