Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 large V-8 juice
    1 c. grated carrots
    2 cans cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Cook meat and onions in a Dutch oven and saute until onions are done.
    Add V-8 juice and grated carrots and cook slowly.
    Add celery soup anytime after carrots are done.
    Add 1 can of water for each can of soup.
    Simmer slowly for a while to blend.
