French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 small can coconut
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Beat eggs with fork, no mixer.
    Melt margarine.
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Add coconut, buttermilk and beaten eggs.
    Add melted margarine last.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
