Gala Pecan Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. milk
3 oz. chopped dried beef
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine softened cheese and milk, mixing well.
Stir in dried beef, green pepper, onion flakes and pepper.
Fold in sour cream. Spoon into 8-inch pie plate or small baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Saute pecans in salt and butter until crisp.
Sprinkle on top of hot dip.
Serve slightly warm.
Ruffle style potato chips dip best.
