Shrimp De Jonghe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined*
    1/2 c. crumbs (made of French bread)
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sherry
    garlic clove
    2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    salt
    cayenne
Preparation
    *This requires 4 to 4 1/2 pounds unshelled shrimp.
