Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then add milk, oil, honey and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients and stir.
Add blueberries. Stir just enough to moisten. Do not overmix. Fill greased tins 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
