Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour cream. Stir in vanilla and mix well.
Pour half of batter into a greased and floured tube pan.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Spread half over batter in pan.
Add remaining batter and sprinkle with rest of the brown sugar mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes.
