Hamburger Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 to 1 can whole milk (measure in soup can; can be as thick as you like it)
Preparation
    Combine meat, salt and pepper to taste and Worcestershire sauce; mix well and form into patties.
    Fry quickly in a little hot fat until brown on both sides; reduce heat to simmer (pour off extra grease).
    Mix mushroom soup with milk and pour over patties; continue to simmer until serving time.
    (Can be kept hot indefinitely.)
    We like it served with rice and a salad.
