Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. or about 3 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. onion or 2 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
    1 small green pepper
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper (black)
    2/3 c. Ragu sauce
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Scrape out centers of zucchini, leaving 1/4-inch rim.
    Place shell in shallow baking dish.
    Coarsely chop zucchini centers, mixing with other ingredients except Ragu and cheese.
    Spoon in shells.
    Top with Ragu and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
