Easy Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) frying chicken, cut in pieces
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. onion salt (if desired)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in
    shallow
    baking
    pan in a 400\u00b0 oven. Dip chicken in fluor, onion salt and pepper mixture.
    Place in a single layer, skin
    side down, in the pan.
    Bake 30 minutes. Turn skin side up
    and
    bake
    until tender, about 30 more minutes. Makes 6 servings.
