Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    6 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 1/4 c. herbed stuffing cubes
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Melt 4 tablespoons butter.
    Add carrot and onion; saute until tender.
    Remove from heat and add 1 1/2 cups of cubes, soup and sour cream.
    Fold in zucchini gently.
    Put in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add remaining cubes (3/4 cup) to butter and toss until coated. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
