Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Kraft Italian salad dressing
    2 c. instant rice
    1 c. water
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1/2 c. slivered green onion tops
    1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
    1 c. finely chopped cucumber
    1 c. canned mushrooms
    1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine Italian dressing and water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat; add rice.
    Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Cook peas; cool and combine.
    Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
    Serves 12.
