Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 beef bouillon cubes
    8 tostado shells
    1 small onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/4 c. mild picante sauce
Preparation
    Microwave bouillon cubes in 2 cups of water.
    Bake tostado shells per instructions on box.
    Break up into medium to large pieces.
    Fry onions in a small amount of oil.
    Add tomato sauce and picante sauce.
    Add cheese soup to bouillon broth and whisk until creamy.
    Mix all together in 6 cups of water.
    Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer.
    Mix tostado shells in and serve with grated cheese on top.
